Parking
The St Michaels car park can be used between the hours of 09:00-15:00, but charges apply. Please make sure you’ve paid for the whole of your visit. The car park can’t be used by spa guests outside of these times but there’s are plenty of places you can leave your car on surrounding roads and car parks just a short walk away.
If you’ve booked for a larger group, please let everyone know about our parking restrictions.
Guests who are pregnant
The hydrothermal facilities are not recommended for pregnant guests. A disclaimer can be signed if you wish to use the hydrothermal and/or rhassoul. We have specially designed treatments for expectant women or nursing mothers. Please call the spa directly on 01326310037 if you’ve already made a book-ing so we can confirm if it’s suitable for you.

Spa etiquette
Please arrive 15 mins before your appointment time. Late arrival could mean your treatment or spa ses-sion is shortened or cancelled. On departure, please leave any towels, robes and locker bands in the area provided in the changing rooms.
The hydrothermal experience
Featuring the largest hydrotherapy pool in the southwest and heated to a comforting 35°C, our spa ex-perience is the perfect place to enjoy 2 hours working away any stress and tension. Explore 21 massage jets in the pool, heated loungers, experience showers, a herbal Finnish sauna, Cornish sea salt and rain-forest steam rooms, outdoor sea view hot tub, barrel sauna and decking with loungers. *not recommended during pregnancy
Dining
If you’re joining us for a spa day package with inclusive lunch or dinner, our spa reception will advise you where to go on the day. Please be aware that you’re not allowed to wear robes in the Brasserie on the Bay for Sunday roast. If you’re not booked onto one of our spa days, you can still visit our restaurants but booking in advance is recommended.
Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and subject to change. Gratuities are not included and welcomed at your discretion. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Additional purchases during your time with us are paid as you go to make sure your departure is smooth and simple. If you’re using a St Michaels gift voucher, please let us know when you book, with your voucher number to hand.
Cancellation policy
A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 24 hours before, or at least 72 hours prior to any spa days or group bookings (over 4 people).
Allergies
If you suffer from any allergies it’s important to let us know before your visit. We’re happy to share product ingredient lists (some products may include traces of nuts). Medical conditions and allergies are the sole responsibility of the guest. Please call the spa if you’ve already booked to confirm whether your treatment is suitable.
