Hydro credits will be issued weekly. Credits cannot be carried forward to the following week.
Bookings
Book online at stmichaelsresort.com/spa or call 01326 310037. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Our team is happy to advise on treatments.
Spa access is only available to book after 5 pm.
Spa Access & Safety
Hydrothermal pool users must be over 18 or accompanied by a responsible adult and use the facilities at their own risk.
Spa facilities, including changing rooms, pools, saunas, steam rooms and hot tubs, are restricted to guests aged 16+. Some treatments are available to younger guests when accompanied by an adult and with a signed disclaimer.
Do not use facilities if medically unfit or under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances. Consult your doctor if you have a relevant medical condition.
Appropriate attire is required. Running, jumping and diving in the pool are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the resort. Dogs are not permitted in the spa, except approved service dogs by prior arrangement.
Respect other guests and staff. Disruptive, offensive or illegal behaviour may result in removal without a refund.
Security & Liability
Lockers are provided; please secure your valuables. Personal belongings remain your responsibility. St Michaels accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or accidents except where caused by its negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Payments & Pricing
St Michaels is cashless. Credit cards (including Amex), Apple Pay and contactless payments are accepted. Additional purchases must be paid for as you go. Prices are in GBP and may change without notice, except for confirmed bookings (excluding applicable tax changes).
Please notify us when booking with a gift voucher and provide the voucher number. Bring the original voucher to your appointment; failure to do so may result in cancellation.
Parking & Closures
The resort car park is for hotel residents only. Public parking and street parking are available opposite the hotel.
The spa may close temporarily for maintenance, redecoration, events or other necessary reasons. Notices will be displayed at reception. Membership fees will not be adjusted for temporary closures.
Memberships
Memberships are subject to a minimum six-month term, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Benefits and fees may change at the company's discretion.
Fees are payable in full or by monthly standing order, debited on the first working day of each month.
To cancel, email spa@stmichaelsresort.com with at least one full month's notice. No refunds are given.
St Michaels reserves the right to terminate memberships or refuse bookings where these terms are breached.
By booking or using St Michaels Spa, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions. St Michaels reserves the right to refuse admission or require guests to leave if rules are not followed.
